The picture reveals a calm-looking city shown from a distance. From this distance, it gives the city an "innocent" feel, which may draw others to come and explore. The way the water is shown, moving in one direction gives off a peaceful mood. Geometric shapes can be seen in this photo, such as the buildings which take on a rectangular shape. The lines shown are horizontal which represents calmness and gives it a "mellow" vibe. A pattern can be seen when looking at the railing since the design actually repeats itself (this may also be the rhythm). This is representational as it reveals an actual city. The sizes of the buildings are all different, showing variety. After analyzing the photo, I came to the conclusion that the style is to show the peaceful side of something without having to actually come into contact with it.
