The palms trees in this picture are 3D, it has height, depth and weight. The shape of the palm trees is organic. The color of the sky has contrast of light blue. Primary and secondary colors are used; blue and green. It is real life size and the unity of all the palms trees; variety with the different sizes of the palm trees to the left, I see smaller trees. The viewpoint of the picture is eye level. If one was to stand next to the palms trees, the view point would be below; looking up at the figure. It is Approximate symmetry. I see visual rhythm with the way the palm trees are all in line. The focal point of the picture is the sky and emphasis, the palm trees. The road is a straight line and implies movement, because it looks like its never going to end; it keeps going. This picture shows relaxation, with beautiful weather and sunny skies. I would say this person was on a vacation. Based on the title and picture my view on this picture is, life is a long road that seems like it will never end. There are greater obstacles that will come before us. Yes, the road is a straight line, but there are bumps and curves, but no matter what we have to keep going. "The road yet traveled", I've come this far, but there is more to encounter.
