Although this could possibly relate to the hurricane (power outages & such), I'm guessing (because of the title) that this is overall just a cool picture of two not quite identical batteries in front of a blank white wall. The rule of odds isn't being used here, but the batteries are small enough so that it doesn't create much dead space in the middle. There is symmetry in this image but it isn't 100% symmetrical because the logo designs on the two batteries are different, but this is literally the only difference between the two halves of the image, so I would still consider it more or less symmetrical. The image is balanced and each half has equal "weight". There isn't a whole lot of color or pattern going on.
